Correcto, que por armamento, pueden solo comprar dos Aim9 y dos AMRAAM por avión y ya está. ¿Cumplen mision de interceptar y patrulla? pos a volar.
Que para 8 aviones en la primera y 8 aviones en la otra no es tampoco ir pelado.

Indonesia approves USD3.9 billion in foreign loans for fighter aircraft programmes

...These include a bid to procure Mirage 2000 from the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) and a second batch of between 12 and 18 Rafale.
The Indonesian Ministry of Defence (MoD) inked an agreement with Dassault in February 2022 to procure a total of 42 Rafales. The airframes are being procured in stages and a contract for the first batch of six airframes became effective in September after a down payment for it was made with funds sourced from a foreign lender.

Work will be performed in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2025. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $1,346,043,651. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $99,365,970 are being obligated at the time of award.
