Porque a mi modo de entender, nosotros no debemos aspirar a un "baby carrier", ni tan siquiera como segunda unidad en complemento al actual L61, sino que debemos de continuar por la senda de los buques versátiles, lo cual incluye que sea anfibio. Un buque solo "aeronáutico" me parecería demasiados recursos (tripulación, etc.) dedicados a ese fin que para nosotros no es esencial.
